The Gi is even lighter than I thought! But at the same time seems to be very durable! Great for Competition but also as a great value Gi for Beginners!

Decent Gi December 12, 2013
Reviewer: Charlie from London, London United Kingdom
The SubZero GI looks good and feels like a well made GI, the cut is pretty long and trim.
It is extremely light and i don't think i would want to use it on a regular basis to train, it feels a bit to thin to survive very long if used intensively.
As a competition GI when the scales are not on your side, or during a hot summer, i can imagine it being a great GI to have.

Two things are worth mentioning:

The GI is really long, the A3 SubZero is almost as long as the Estilo A2XL. This is good for me, but might be aproblem if you are a short stocky A3.

The trousers are poorly designed, the reinforcing at the knee is on top of the knee when standing up, but once you kneel it rides up and you end up kneeling on the single layer.

I understand they didn't double all the way down to save weight, but it would make sens to put the double layer lower on the leg so that it serves it's purpose, right now it is on the thigh, not the knee.
