Great design, tricky sizing
Nice design. It falls little big to my eyes, so although I wear A2 in GI and the size guide said M, I will be exchanging it with S, as I don’t want my shorts sliding up or down when i roll.
Review: Kanagawa Shorts
Now for my review of the Kanagawa Shorts. I’m wearing the Kanagawa Shorts in size L, and I’ve shared pictures to give you a better idea of the fit. Honestly, I can say pretty much the same as I did about the T-shirt: top-quality, excellent fit, and perfectly designed for BJJ. The shorts are slightly water-repellent, which is great. Of course, after one or two hours of grappling — depending on how much you sweat — they’ll get wet, but the material dries incredibly fast. That’s one of the big advantages of the fabric. It doesn’t feel like cheap polyester; I’m sure there’s a quality blend of materials used here. You can check the tag yourself for the exact composition. For reference: I’m 1.83m tall, weigh 83kg, and wear size L — and it fits just right. All in all, I’m super happy with these shorts. Definitely recommended for both training and casual wear. Super breathable and comfortable shorts and really cool design. I definitely suggest them!
Very light and nice ahorts
The shorts are very light and easy to move in. Tightening cord inside makes them easy to adjust. Prints look well and endured well their first washing machine cycle 🤞�
