Not so good
Disappointed with the order and hidden customs handling I’m very disappointed with my recent order. First of all, the clothing I received did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and fit. But what really upset me was the handling of customs. Without my approval or prior notice, someone else handled the customs clearance on my behalf and I was charged a very high and unexpected fee. I should have had the option to deal with customs myself or at least been informed in advance about the process and cost. This kind of lack of transparency and surprise charges are unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this store again unless the process becomes more honest and customer-friendly

Great items, true to sizing and fast delivery. I ordered an extra item as wasn’t sure on fitting, (internet shopping haha) but the returns process was so easy, fast and effortless. I’ll definitely be ordering again, thank you.
